        I was charged 6 times when it said declined, and the order never arrived... It took them days to talk to me before they said it was my fault

        The deserts are great and the service is below standard. I made an order and 5 minutes later asked to change the greeting card and was told it was to late. That is ridiculous. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there is no one to talk to.

        Irresponsible and unreliable company. They assured me I will receive my order in time for my event. Then, two days before my event, I called them and they acted like they had no clue and cancelled my order; super unprofessional!

      Hi Esther, we explained that it was a banking issue due to discrepancy with your card. I provided all the information needed so you could resolve the issue with your bank the very day you originally called. Additionally, I explained that we require 24 hours to fulfill an order as written in our shipping faqs and we are delivering your orders this coming week as per your agreement in our lengthy conversation. We also provided a store credit in an effort to smooth over any issues you had, and we had a department manager give assurance that she would personally assist you with any future orders or questions to ensure a positive experience.
