YRC Freight

YRC is the worst and most unreliable freight company. Every time I have shipped with or received freight form YRC it has been a disaster. You shipment WILL either be late or severely damaged. and trying to make a claim, no matter how much documentation you have, is hopeless. They will never take responsibility. And Customer service is useless.

Worst experience, customer service was completely rude and useless. I had an order say it was delivered on their site and when I called to asked they instructed my to call a distribution center in New Jersey when their website said their trailer was delivered to Brooklyn. I called the distribution center and they said that trailer had left them 2 days earlier. In the end I called them back and right from the jump I could sense that their customer service rep Elizabeth was looking for a argument because I was calling for a 2nd time. In the end she just hung up on me. I still don't know the status of my delivery. This place is super unprofessional and lazy. Use Pilot Freight Services, I NEVER have an unprofessional experience with them.

Every single time we have used YRC freight there are huge issues. They have lost thousands of dollars worth of product and it takes on average 3 weeks to get a delivery done with this company. DO NOT USE YRC. Go elsewhere, you will thank me later.

I have truly never been provided with such awful service. They had my items, 6 tables, sitting in their warehouse from Dec. 7th until today, Jan 18th. I called, and called, and called, and every single time the woman at the front desk told me to call back the next day, and that she didn't know when my items would come. They never attempted to call me, but expected me to continue calling them. Finally, after complaining to the company I ordered the items from various times, they delivered my order. But they sent an 80 year old man by himself to deliver it. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!!
