I came here a couple days ago to get a bouquet for my girlfriend. I gave very minimal but clear directions and they blessed me with one of the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I had ever seen or bought. The staff is also very nice and friendly, will be coming back here again!

I can't express enough how thankful I am to this company, especially to Stephen, the amazing general manager. So, I ordered some flowers, but there was a mishap and hey didn't arrive as planned. But when I reached out to Stephen, he went above and beyond to fix things. We worked together to sort out a new delivery plan, and he even went the extra mile to hand-deliver the flowers himself. Plus, he kept me in the loop the whole time, making sure I was happy with everything. Seriously, this level of service? It's hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced .
