They do not know how to speak to patients. If you are a doctor you should know how to speak basic English. How they got their medical degree with an inability to read and comprehend English is beyond me. Complete unprofessional and clueless. Avoid at all costs.

I give Dr. bella and her staff five stars because as a new patient I felt very comfortable and welcomed by her and her staff. The doctor was the most pleasant physician I've ever met. She is well eduaeducans expert in her fields additionally, sincere honest and compassionate. I highly recommend.

It was a nightmare experience!!! Before entering the building, there was a sign notifying people that they must wear a mask. As i came up to the second floor, there was a strong cigarette smell in the corridor. I assumed someone had an office or apartment right next to theirs who smokes.
It was quite ironic that theres a sign posted that one must wear a mask but the two receptionist werent wearing a mask. I told the NP about this and she told me they are both vaccinated; I then questioned her, even if they are vaccinated shouldnt they still be wearing a mask especially in a health setting?!? She kept quiet.
I wasnt even suppose to see a NP. I booked my appointment with Bella Aloyts MD but ended up getting a NP. The NP didnt seem too knowledgeable, she kept googling the name of my symptom and my medication. In the end, she forgot to write me a Rx for my medication.
Then you have the so called med tech that was an older fat guy who drew my blood, he was very incompetent. For some reason, I had a strong feeling he was the MDs husband. I could be wrong. He poked me 3 times because he couldnt find the vein and he pushed the needle all the way up. It was very painful and uncomfortable. I was praying the ordeal would be over real soon. Below is a pic of the aftermath of what he did, I was left with a bruised mark. In all my years of getting my blood drawn, I was NEVER left with a bruise.
