DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Worst communication ever! This company was hired by my building management to do lead abatement. They harassed us for a month to get into our apartment and when the day finally came to do the repairs, no one showed up. We had to call 4 times (between 10 and 4) to get an answer. We kept being told Stephanie would call us back. Come to find out she wasnt in the office that day and no one else could tell us what was going on until we threatened to go down there. We gave them two days to get this done as we have an 8 month old we needed to relocate during the process along with all of his things.
They hired the job out to subcontractors who were not EPA certified to remove lead. We had to ask them several times to even cover the areas they were working in. I lost an area rug because these guys had no idea what they were doing. Im terrified they didnt properly clean nor even remove the lead.
We are going to get our baby tested regularly.
