Fixed my PSP that had game disc issues. Definitely worth the 2 week wait and their price is just right for the repair. Surprised they can still fix a device this old considering it's about 2 decades old. Would definitely recommend for devices in need of repairs.

Seeing how highly rated this store was, I was ecstatic and excited to finally have my 3ds repaired. However, my experience has been nothing but difficult. Not only was the process to even get them to take my ds tedious and complicated, upon calling at the advertised time they repeatedly stated my 3ds would be ready, I discovered they had not even begun to start on repairs. I understand that there mightve been many repairs to be done, but whynot state that before telling someone one week? It's now been 3 weeks since I've paid them the 30 dollar down payment, and after many calls, attempts to conform with ridiculous operating hours, and overall attempts to communicate, they have finally begun the repairs. Honestly, very disappointed since I was expecting to have the device by my child's birthday, but now that the repairs have taken so long, I'm not sure if I'll get it back before april.
