        They tried their best w/ my VERY white, expensive pants dirty bottoms ! should be returnable at the store [for the 1st time for me, I think.. I know LOTS of NYC women do that..]

        The owner is very kind and friendly. She did a great job at dry cleaning my winter coat. It had been years since it was cleaned. She prides herself in doing a good job. Props to her for really getting in there and making it like new!

        Came today to pick up my jeans. Found out they lost my jeans. Then the lady got upset at me because they lost my jeans & wouldn't even bother to look for it. Never getting my stuff tailored here again. Completely ruined my outfit for the night

      I never see someone lost jeans here, I'm very delicate with the customer, some people not understand we have a lot customer, and you talking about one for teylor was not ready, the means is you not have patience
