Horrible business. Twice now I have Ben there and they refused to dry clean my clothes and also refused to fix a broken zipper. They had the clothes for 5 days and was not until I picked it up to tell me. Now I have no outfit for an event this weekend. Terrible customer service. Stay away! Plenty of other cleaners and tailors that would happily assist you in the neighborhood! AWFUL!!! I WOULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR IF IT WAS AN OPTION!!!!
And the business is a liar! Services: Wedding gown cleaning, Clothing alterations & repairs

DO NOT GO HERE. I brought my grandmothers cashmere coat in (needless to say of sentimental value) because it had a small stain on the front of the coat. Not only did the coat come back with a bunch of cleaning fluid rubbed into the stain, the entire lining of the coat was ripped and wrinkled! Even worse than the pictures are showing. Ever since they changed hands, this business has been bad. Service: Special care fabric cleaning
