Took to the store and apparently when it comes to alterations they use a different place for the service two different times I came to pick up my clothes two different times they did not do what I ask and still charged me for it I was willing to pay extra for what I asked for but that still does not get done do not use this place for alterations its fine for cleaning But dont use it for any alterations or special request because it does not get done properly and they will not fix their mistake Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I used to really love the experience of taking my laundry to Prolific since moving into the neighborhood last year. But today I went and noticed the person workingi'm assuming owner wasn't wearing a COVID-protective mask (as everywhere else responsible is doing to safely help our city and world re-open), and I commented on it asking if he was not wearing masks for the business or what. He jabbed back with a comment asking me if I saw anyone there with COVID and justifying that he is there every day working and is healthy. I voiced that didn't make me feel comfortable. He replied telling me that I don't have to come there then. So, I guess I will be taking my business and my health values elsewhere if he so insists.
