Brother's Dry Cleaners

To start I am the boss and I never talked to this guy so when he says I was aggressive and rude that literally isn't possible. When the item was dropped off the stains where noted to the customer before accepting the item. When the customer came in to pick up the items and complained we provided the customer with video proof of them being informed about the stains before we accepted the item. Despite the fact we where not in any way at fault we still gave them a substantial discount on their service, since they have been customers for years. Blue paint and finger prints? Seriously? We do not have any blue paint around our dry cleaner service and we do not have especially dirty hands. Lying about a small business in this way is a pretty shameful and hurtful thing to do. You should think about that Matt.**RE. 9.18: Yea we are aware of the stains Matt, that is why we pointed them out to the person that actually dropped off the clothing before accepting it. If anyone is interested in seeing the video of these items being inspected at drop off and this person being shown and acknowledging the stains feel free to drop by and we will show you. We never received any emails from these people. Matt you obviously do not wish us luck with our business since you are lying about the stains, lying about not receiving a refund, lying about how your "friend" was treated and insulating that my workers are leaving dirty blue finger print stains on clothes and titling your review with "take your business elsewhere" in all caps. you shouldn't treat people like this. Also Matt is not the customer, these are not Matt's pants, Matt has not talked to anyone, been privy to any conversations and was not there.
