I had a good experience - I was told a stain might not come out on my trench, and indeed it didnt, but they had no problem trying again without charge, and it did come out the second time! Thank you!

worst dry cleaner ever. often says he cant do things that other dry cleaners can easily do, extremely rude , clothes come back not cleaned at all, had to take items elsewhere that came back perfectly cleaned. terrible alterations . had pants hemmed two different times both times pants came back way shorter then discussed. recently lost an item says i never brought it in without checking the system . I came here to get my work uniform tailored and cleaned. They were quick, affordable, and responsive. I was running late to pick up my clothes and they stayed to make sure I got them. A+ for customer service and a lovely dog.
