HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CASHIER CHECKOUT AT FRONT OF STORE. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

This review goes to the pharmacy. They dont know how to properly use the insurance, they charged me a full price while I was supposed to pay only a small amount. I was so curious to know if they were right, but no I confirmed with other pharmacies and also with my insurance I was supposed to pay les than $3 as a deductible. Plus they have overpriced medications. Never using their pharmacy again.

I been getting my meds from this Riteaide location for the past 10+yrs. There is a Riteaide right up the block from me, but I prefer to come to this Riteaide location because they have the most respectful professional pharmacy personnel I have ever dealt with. They always have your medication ready for you as soon as your doctor send them the script. Their supv/head pharmacist Ciro & Bryan are very nice and always ready to assist and answer any questions or concerns you may have. I received my Covid booster shot at this Riteaide pharmacy given by Ciro, and as always ready to address any questions or concern I had. There was an employee at their pharmacy dept name Jane. I have not seen her in a very long time. Jane was such a sweetheart and always professional. The moment Jane saw me coming for my meds, She already knew my DOB by memory and I was in and out quickly. We chatted for a few mins, and Jane always knew when I wasn't feel well. She always said, " Get some rest and hope you feel better" Little things like this means alot to me and I always appreciate kind words always. Respect earned, respect returned. From Ruth C to Riteaide pharmacy staff " Thank you"

Good store, all the staff are super nice and fast, never too long a wait in line as another cashier opens up in that case. Very helpful staff if .Place is always clean and organized.
