Rite Aid - Closed

Im not sure who manages this store , but revision from corporate is encouraged, during the day the staff is relatively great ! Helpful and attentive. At night however the staff at the register could care less . I asked about the specials on a couple of OTC items for my kids , the Old lady just stood there looking at me with a blank stae completely ignored me - okay . I asked again about it , she yelled at me LOOK AT THE PRICE , *THATS WHAT IT SAYS . All I needed was clarification on items that we as customers for over 15 years have been tended to . A little bit more training on the night shift personnel is highly encouraged , for if this was my team Whwre I would . Theyve wouldve all been fired , or just hire teenagers at that point .

It's okay , having to ask for soap and toothpaste is very annoying when it takes someone 10 mins to come get it for you , you gotta track an employee down . But they have a parking lot which is nice in NY and the self checkout is usually clear.

Nothing is in stock. Only 1 cashier no matter how long the line is. If you find another associate she just tells you go wait on line. Even when Im just picking up an online order. Then they want to charge me for double the price I ordered online.

Usually a nice place to shop, but I had a little embarrassing experience with the returns. I buy my all drugstore skincare from here, and I have a habit of hoarding on products to keep in stock. Rite has buy 1 get 50% off the other offer so I usually prefer to buy two pieces of the same product. But recently I developed contact dermatitis to an ingredient in these skincare products so I had return some of them ( 12 pieces ( 2 pieces of 6 products). The person at the billing was helpful but a little sarcastic, asking if I have anything else back home to return and said I have also returned products in the past too. That was disrespectful, I buy a lot of stuff from here, literally something or the other every day, so I have lot of products and I am bound to return some. This time I had to return a lot ( around 100$) worth stuff because I turned allergic to an ingredient in them.
