I cannot say enough positive things about the service I received at Brooklyn Doors! From the first moment I walked in Zulfia was very patient and able to clearly explain the doors and handles and everything else about doors to me. She always answered my emails and calls in a *very* timely manner! Whenever I spoke to someone else on the floor, they too were very patient and knowledgeable. The doors I picked ended up arriving a week earlier than she had estimated! I was so excited, she also was very flexible with the delivery and worked with my contractor. I would recommend Brooklyn Doors 100%! Thanks

Got the doors super fast when every other vendor said it would take weeks. Doors look great and their customer service was awesome.

David provides excellent services. We purchased doors from them a few years back, some mechanical parts broke, and David was very kind to help us resolve the problem with the manufacturer and got free replacement for us.

I'm in Home Remodeling and Repairing business for many years. For many years I worked with this company and have never had complaints. Maybe a few times when I picked up the goods, I could not find exactly my box with window. Yes, it sometimes took me even as much as 10 minutes. :-)

Very disappointed with this company and the quality of their doors. When you pay close to $1000 for a door you don't expect it to fall apart within months of hanging it. I do not recommend.
