Dr Brickman and his staff were very professional. It was a pleasure and thank you all for taking the time for me. I usually wont go outside of Queens due to my condition. Going to see him in Brooklyn was worth the trip. I even enjoyed the joke you made about getting the blood work. I probably wouldve blacked out if you drew more blood that day. I had another DEXA scan and lost 12% more density. Thank you all and Happy Holidays!

Took bloodwork from me and said he would call and go over the results with me. 5 weeks have lasted and I left 6 messages and he never returned my call. He takes and discusses other patients cases in front of me when I’m in his office - total violation of patients confidentiality rights and total lack of professionalism. Seems to only cater to his religious. Community as he takes there calls while I’m In his office but when I call he’s not ever available.

I came in for an appointment today and was told it was cancelled. Apparently they canceled it because when they called me to confirm I did not answer my phone. And since I did not answer my phone or call them back to confirm, they cancelled the appointment. I was not told at the time of scheduling my appointment that I would need to call and confirm or answer a call in order for my appointment not to get canceled. I made this appointment in October and have waited almost 2 months for it. I have never seen such unprofessionalism my life. Especially, when there was no one in waiting room and I could technically have been able to go in but because of their 'policy' i was only allowed to reschedule. Their earliest appointment? I would have to wait until mid January. Horrible experience will not be coming back.
