Horrible call experience I was on hold for 3hrs every once in awhile someone would pick up I would explain my situation to them be put back on hold for god knows how long before another random receptionist would pick up and put me on hold all over again.. Was on the phone from 9am To 12pm RIDICULOUS! My daughter hasn't even seen Dr. Khalid Hesham yet and I'm already to look for another office. The doctors are professional, courteous and helpful. They care about me. The support staff are excellent. From top to bottom my experience has always been good. Its also great having all my doctors under one roof. The facility is clean and organized well. Since the beginning of the pandemic, which is when I began receiving care there after a brief hospitalization, I have been very pleased with the experience. Suite 2B is the absolute worst! The receptions are nice. The wait for the orthopedists doctor is just ridiculous. No wonder he's always backed up with patients.

I dont want to leave even one star! Waited for total of more than 4 hours at ER. Still No doctor! Their excuse we are too busy. Walking out !

I am here now and was close to walking out. It is a mess. There is only one person handling the desk and she overwhelmed. The front desk is a mess of papers and disorganized. Why is she alone? I will never ask for a referral to this office again. The physical space is poorly designed and needs serious updating. The cabinets are all beat up. The worst.
