Gabrielle is a great mediator. She is compassionate and understanding (she is very good and making both parties feel heard), but also firm and resolute when needed: she gets the job done. She has worked in court for many years and you can feel that this experience is helping her see clearly what needs to happen. She has a great way of keeping things moving forward, without getting stuck in seemingly impossible moments. I definitely recommend her. (I was debating giving 4 stars, as we had some scheduling difficulties some times -her being overbooked for instance- but I brought it up with her and she was very open to criticism, and said she wanted to work on that, so that's why she still gets 5!)

Just having the brief conversation with Gabrielle made me feel better. Gabrielle sound so strong and confident in her work . I wish the law firm I used before had her type of positive and good energy . The time she took out of her day to consult with me and provide me with information that I really needed gave me confidence like I can jump back in and do this and get through with the right person helping me . So thank you for that. Sometimes its just the small things that can make a difference in someones life . So thanks again .. I highly recommend Gabrielle .
