ZoomCare has been an absolute godsend since moving to Brooklyn in the pandemic. Clean facilities, the kindest and most dedicated staff, and quick results. I visit several times per month and am so glad to have them nearby!

Never got my PCR results and its been almost a month. They charged my insurance over $600 for a rapid and PCR test and wont respond to any attempts to contact them for my results. I know they have my correct information because I got a test here in the past. Go ANYWHERE else to get tested.

Update as of 9/26/22: when you walk in you realize the floor (or anything) hasnt been cleaned since they opened their doors however many years ago. I was shallowly swabbed for a 50$ pcr test and then told that the results portal hasnt been working for over a month. When I asked if they would email the results they said no, you have to call and request them to email the result it could be 24-72 hours. Problematic because no one has ever answered the phone when you call. The test administer was smoking cigarettes and talking on the phone out front when I arrived.
For a few months when not so many people were getting tested this place was great - now youre looking at 3 hours minimum to get a test. I cant believe this is how these places respond to this situation in the city. Shameful.
They let about 4-6 people into the clinic every hour. The whole staff is complaining constantly and completely organized. They seem to have one swabber working. I see zero hustle from anyone working here, moreso just exhausted individuals who dont care. And I dont blame them this is on our representatives and the management of these clinics.
Update: never got either rapid nor pcr test results emailed. I had to go in for the rapid one and radio silence on the pcr.

I've been to Zoomcare365 twice for COVID testing. The first time there were maybe 3 people ahead of me but I somehow still waited 30 mins. Staff did not enforce mask rules in the waiting room, which is just asinine for a COVID testing center.
The second time I came it was much busier- probably 50 people in line- but it took FOUR hours. There is no excuse for a testing center to be this inefficient nearly 2 years into the pandemic. I had to use the bathroom for almost 3 hours while waiting in line (in the rainy, cold weather), only to find that they don't have a bathroom inside for patients. Again, mask rules were not enforced, even though Omicron is pummeling NYC.
The first time I came here I did not receive my rapid results in 30 mins as promised, I had to call them several times to get the results and received them hours later than I was supposed to. My second experience was today, about 2 hours ago, and I still haven't received my rapid results.
Avoid this place at all costs, they are terrible.
