No issues with appointments, approvals or wait time all 3 times I went there for CT scans. Office personnel were very polite as well as the technicians. Longest I waited was 30 minutes because I had to drink the liquid for the contrast. Other times max wait was 15 minutes.

This place is horrible the receptionist makes you wait and has bad attitude does not answer questions you have no body come to this place it smells

This office is extremely unprofessional. I was suffering from extreme back pains. I was called 1 hour before my appointment to confirm my appointment. As I was on my way about 10 minutes away. Someone from the office calls and tells me that I don't have a pre-auth to be seen. I have worked in the medical field for over 10 years and NEVER has an appointment been confirmed with checking for paperwork. Then the "MANAGER" by the name of ARMANDO gets on the phone real sassy. I asked him for his name and he starts spelling it out A-R-M-A-N-D-O as if he didn't care and nothing would happen to him. I told him I traveled in pain to make that appointment and he turns around and says "well are you going to pay for it?". Anyone that is sick and in severe pain doesn't want to hear words like that. I told him then I would go to another office and he's says "SO GO!". So unprofessional and obviously their office doesn't have people on top of their work. After an appointment is made then the eligibility should be verified as well as copayments etc. That way people don't have to travel and waste money,time,and spare their blood pressure from shooting to the roof. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. DONT GO THERE! Any 5 stars you see has to be a friend or relative.

The staff is atrocious. The Chinese girl who refused to give me her name was totally disgusting. I had a appointment and waited two and half hours after my appointment time because they were taking people without appointments. The board of health should close this place down. Rooms are filthy 96 degrees out no ac, ceiling where the vents are all black mold. The technician said she hated working at this place. My report is still not read and it was an emergency test and the Dr needed results immediately and I was told no problem the Dr will get it that day. Please never go this place. It's completely run down and the technician does even change the paper on the table. oh and the three people at the front desk talk about every patient while you are sitting there. I wanted to speak to the office manager an apparently I was told they don't have one. I am a nurse and will be reporting this facility!!!!!!!!!!
