Rating this solely for phone customer service. Everyone who picks up the phone is rude, the place you on hold and never get back on the phone. I called from 2 different phone and they both did the same thing. I had to book my appt online because of the terrible service. SMH. They are the worst! I have an appointment at 5:35pm. I requested to leave work early and got there 10 mins before my appointment time and the office was closed. I called the office main number and they said it was canceled but not canceled how is that even possible? This is UNACCEPTABLE!

i am very understanding of people being late life happens but not being seen after an hour of sitting there from my appointment time is just so inconsiderate. Would give negative stars if I could. My apt is 845. Provider showed up at 9. Then I saw her eat her breakfast and drink her coffee in the room next to me while I waited to be seen to the point where I finally left at 945. and I was the only person in the office. Id rather suffer from lifelong acne then come back here. No thank u. The girls at the front were amazing. Three sweethearts.
