Requested for an appointment through their online portal, everything was confirmed, took effort to put all the insurance and other information, next day they they informed it was canceled without any explanation.

Dr. Petrosian provided me with excellent care. He was able to diagnose me with a very rare skin condition and referred me to specialists where I was able to receive long-term treatment. Thank you!

I've now visited Dr. Petrosian several times over two years and I continue to walk away impressed. He remembers our previous visits, always ACTUALLY listens to me, and is very efficient. He knows his stuff, so I am always in and out quickly, feeling like I've been heard and treated with the best option possible. Highly recommend this doctor.

Very disappointed in the lack of medical follow up and communication from this location. My husband was seen by Dr. Sergey Petrosian on 4/11, who prescribed him some armpit wipes and deodorant from a specialty pharmacy. We left being told the wipes may not get covered by insurance but the deodorant would be. When the speciality pharmacy contacted us, they told us we needed to get prior authorization from the doctor to fill the script. Since the 11th, we've called the office three separate times and spoke to the front desk telling them we simply need them to call in the prior authorization for approval. We called them again this morning at 9 AM, which is now 10 days since our appointment. We were told that Dr. Petrosian would give us a call back in about thirty minutes. It has now been almost two and a half hours later, and still no communication. It should not take over 10 days to have a simple issue like this resolved.
