I am very disappointed with service. The main reason for the visit (one new painful nodule) has not been properly assessed and addressed.

Dont go to Dr. Romanov Im not happy with my visit at all. Ive been waiting for my appointment for 3 weeks and when the day came someone called me to confirm my appointment and told me that I cant come to Dr. Shapiro coz he doesnt accept new patients. Then they made an appointment for me for Dr. Romanov. When I came ive been waiting for 1 hour for doctor. I was there with doctor for around 7 minutes, I came there with 3 problems and we discussed only 2 of them. I had a feeling all the visit that doctor is in a hurry and doesnt care about me a lot. So when I asked him to discuss third reason of my visit (acne on my face) - he said hes not in mood, he doesnt have time, he doesnt want. I said ummm what do you mean you doesnt want? He said we already discussed 2 reasons and he doesnt want to continue. He even didnt take a look on my face and said that he doesnt see any acne and said I can come in a couple of weeks again. Super unfriendly and super useless visit. Never again.

I have been in this place few days ago so good and clean.receptionist girl is so nice and kind Doctor Oksana is so professional and kind she explained everything so perfectly l liked this place

This was for sure my first visit & the service provided was phenomenal. The staff were very helpful and the wait time was reasonable, I was seen at a decent time and I will refer this location, to everyone that I know.
