Amazing doctor and all her staff is very pleasant and helpful. Doctor Julia does miracles. She is incredibly unknowledgeable and professional me and my husband appreciate her hard work .

Dr. Kushnir is one of the best dentist in Brooklyn. She took good care of me and my kids for over 15 years. I even referred many people from my job to check her out. She is very caring and friendly to her patients as well as her Husband and son. However this receptionist lady with brunette hair and glasses is terrible at her job. This receptionist has no manners and even told me not to schedule my FOLLOW UP appointment because the dentist is too busy. The dentist say one thing and the receptionist does what she wants. Unless they get rid of this person, Im going to have to look for a new dentist because I cannot take the rudeness for no reason.

My family and I have seen this Dentist for more than 10 years from the old location. My experiences were always pleasant. The wait time is long but worth it since you're getting good care. Language barrier can be an issue at the front desk but you can talk to the dr or other staff who will explain things better. Brooklyn is diverse and you will come across businesses of different backgrounds. Facility is clean and Dentist always advise on best care to have beautiful and healthy mouth.

One of the worst dental practices. Long waiting time and very rushed visits. They are extremely unprofessional. They will rush through your visit cause all they care about is money and not dental health. I also suspect that this place is particularly shoddy because they dont respect their mostly black clientele.

I visited this dental office on December 29th 2023. I must say the receptionist is extremely dismissive. Im not sure if it was the color of skin but the entire encounter made me feel uncomfortable. My first question was the type of insurance accepted at the office. She replied well we only accept commercial insurances like from you know employers. Im said okay and explained to her I have that kind of insurance. Before I can finish she said we dont accept that. She had no explanation for why. This woman barely answered my questions her face expression was like she was disgusted. I can only imagine the type of person the Dentist may be with this type of woman working as the face of the location. I asked her what type of insurance and she assumed I wasnt insured under an employer because of how I look. Please black and brown people do not support. This woman also told me they have too many patients so the doctor might not see me after I told her I have insurance through an employer. The whole encounter felt like she was trying to tell me without telling me directly they dont service people like me PS. THE REVIEWS CONFIRMED MY INSURANCE IS ACCEPTED. My insurance has been active for over 20 years and I can actually be seen here. Im disgusted and hurt by this business.
