        Ive been coming to see Dr. Kravets for years. Best dental in the city and Im affraid of dentist ;) but she made sure everything is super smooth and professional! A+ service! Highly recommended !

        Such a terrible customer care service. The frontdesk staff was professional I have to mention. The hygienist Tania was obnoxiously unprofessional. The moment I walked in she announced that she was only seeing me for consultation, mind you I made an appointment with dr.Kravets for teeth whitening. When I corrected her she stated that I was giving her an attitude and I should take it up with the frontdesk. When I asked if she had time for whitening in the next day or two she said she had no idea about what was going on with her own schedule. Then she went on and on about how teeth whitening is done and how "real professionals " do it, meaning herself in dr.K's office. I mean who are these people and why are they so unprofessional and not culture sensitive. .? Needless to say I'm not returning
