One star for the waiting! Theres no excuse for this wait with no update from the front desk clerks who act like you dont deserve to ask questions! No eye contact just youre next an hour after still waiting for a simple follow up visit A follow up should not take 3 hours of waiting! Poor customer service! The clerks need training! Looking for a new dental practice!

This place is the worst..the receptionist is always angry and disrespectfulthe manger is rude and disrespectfulwent for a cleaning waited two hours and the dentist took 7 seconds in my mouth then one of the dentist was rude to my daughter and my daughter told her about and they terminated my plan never again

I had a referral to have 2 teeth extracted and the person who I spoke with to book my appointment was very rude. She advised me to call back with my teeth numbers to DETERMINE which day I could get the extraction and then when I called back, I could NOT get through. She would never pick back up my call NOR could I get through. On top of that, I called OVER 12 times and, to no avail, no one returned one call back to me. When I emailed them, it was the same terse and curt behavior that resulted in me finally telling them that I would NOT be using their office. I just want to say that whomever they have answering their phones AND checking their emails are the GATEKEEPERS of this office and are causing them to LOSE clients!!! Maybe they feel that they have ENOUGH already. But, I will tell you, they keep this up and word will get out, they'll lose in the end because of the behavior. They were NOT ONLY rude on the phone, they also NEVER picked up my call AFTER CALLING over 10 times..they decided to try and BOOK my surgery VIA email WITHOUT me speaking with anyone!! I wrote them back and told them that they have horrible personnel/customer service skills and 0 professional skills.. I am giving them a ONE star. But wished there were 5 NEGATIVE star buttons...kinda like Rotten apples..and I would have punched the all! As Dr. Maya Angelou would say, "When you know better, you DO better!" PEROIDT!!!!!!
