"I feel so cared for!" I said this to Dr. Chow and his lovely hygienist at the end of my cleaning, because it was so superior to any experience I've had at the dentist since I was a child. I HAVE NOT HAD AN ACTUAL DENTIST CLEAN MY TEETH SINCE I WAS A CHILD! It was amazing! My cleaning was a month ago and my teeth still feel smooth and delicious! I have incredibly high standards. My previous dentist of nearly 10 years stopped taking my insurance, so I had to switch. He was on Madison Ave in Manhattan and Brooke Shields was a patient! High end. Now I realize they do not come close to Dr. Chow and Five Dental. With my old dentist, my cleanings were only ever performed by a hygienist (30 min tops, always a rush) then the doctor came in for 5 min at the end. So you can imagine my shock when Dr. Chow spent an entire hour with me! He has a state of the art machine that only 6 offices in NYC have because so expensive. YOU FEEL NOTHING!!!! But teeth are the cleanest they've been in my life. Both he and his hygienist are delightful. I learned so much about oral care! He really talks to you! Not to mention the pristine decor and atmosphere, headphone music and or video selection (Netflix, YouTube, whatever you want). It was the best cleaning of my life. Go...just go!

This is probably the best dental office have ever been to. Its brand new, the staff from the front desk to the dentist were all very nice and thorough. Dr. Lee was my dentist and he was very thorough with the treatment plan, as I had a few things that needed to get done he took his time, explaining why he was recommending what he was recommending, the technology of being able to see my own teeth on the screen in front of me not as just x-rays, but as real pictures also was pretty cool. There is also a TV on the ceiling. The dental assistant is also very nice, and she even said herself how much she love working at that place. The cost of everything is all very transparent at my very first visit where they gave me a print out of what everything will cost for me. I am going to recommend my husband to start coming here as well, prior to this I have been traveling to Manhattan to an office that was just average and very expensive. I have gone there three times already including one cleaning session and Im continuing to have follow-up visits to finish up the complicated work that my teeth needs. Im sure this place will do very well because their level of service and the technology are excellent.

The surgery was quick and pain free. I started earlier than expected and Dr. Chow was very forthcoming on the future of my dental care. I had no idea under the gums could be so polluted with plaque etc. I was happy to have Dr. Chow as my dentist. Customer Service, Surgery and the overall environment 5
