        So far, so good... The service was friendly and courteous. Frances and Gina at the front desk were very helpful. The X-Ray techs were good, too. It was my first visit and I met with Dr. Cook re: root canal. Based on the x-rays, she recommended a consult with Dr. Rosen who said the tooth was in fact viable for the root canal to be done. Awaiting my insurance to approve the procedure, and hopefully, the post with the crown. At this point, the only neutral thing I can say is that I waited almost an hour past my appointment time to be seen, and the waiting area and exam room was cold.
