One of my best experiences in MAC. Beautiful associate, Tala, helped match my daughter for buildable powder foundation and made other great suggestions. Thank you so much for being so friendly and sweet. We'll be back soon!

Need to be more aware of how the person at the register addresses customers.Yes, we come for make up but the experience is what makes people return to certain locations. Yesterday, I was made to feel like I didn't matter.I won't be shopping MAC for awhile.

Store is very neat and organized. The decor and ambience is on point. I'm not giving it 5 stars because of the encounter I had with one of it's employees. I needed to replace my two favorite lipglosses and because of the store's lack of assistance. I had to order them "same day delivery" from Mac online. (The store actually had my lipglosses in stock.) I just didn't receive the help in the store to find the exact ones then. But at the end of the day, I still had my new lipglosses .
