Brooklyn Cosmetic Dentist: Eddy Gindi, DMD

PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING THIS OFFICE I am writing this review because: #1 - the majority of the reviews listed here are fake. #2 - I am tired of people taking advantage of others and that is what this dental office is doing. This dentist has little to no bedside manner - has to be the worst I've experienced with any Dentist. He is unapologetically rough, self-absorbed, impatient and horrible at communicating. Even his staff is on edge. It is clear how tense his staff is when interacting with him also. It's hard to watch and listen to. He does not explain procedures, does not discuss options, does not pre-authorize or speak to you about costs for procedures and uses his clueless receptionist to hide behind when collecting money. She has no clue about services, costs or what has been submitted as it appears he handles that all on his own. She cannot even explain any of the service costs because he is the one who handles all the billing. He submits claims (that he knows will not be approved and of course don't get approved ) for services he did not perform because they were not even relevant so that he can charge you and then tell you later he gave you a "credit" and will give you a discount for those services - that he never actually performed but that you still have to pay for. He is scamming his patients. Shame on you!!! He charges an exorbitant amount for general services knowing what the insurance companies will and will not pay so that he can get you to pay additional amounts out of your pocket for general routine services. This has happened on several occasions and to several of my family members and we are fed up. One by one each of my family members had issues with costs, services and his horrible bedside manner. He could and would be a very good dentist if he didn't feel the need to rip people off and take advantage of them at their weakest most vulnerable moments. I even believe with a little effort he could adjust his personality but intentionally submitting claims for services not rendered and believing no one will notice is just unheard of. That's how I know his reviews are fake. He also sends emails after emails soliciting reviews and sends to his friends and family as well. I heard this from someone who works in his office directly. Again, SHAME ON YOU! SO PLEASE - Stay far away from this dentist and do yourself and your pockets a favor and find an honest, kind and professional Dentist who you can trust OR go ahead and give him a try, you will definitely understand this review after meeting with him.

Excellent visit as always: clean office, pleasant, polite, efficient and caring staff.

Excellent professional and friendly service from dentist,receptionist and hygienist. Everone scanned for covid via temperature check and questionnaire. I am very difficult patient but dentist works with me to get me through exam and treatment. Highly recommend.
