Please do not choose this place to do business. They will keep your money and not finish the work the way you needed it. My contractor hired Richard from JJR Mechanical to do our Mini-split A.C. unit. Our contractor told us that Richard asked for the money up-front for the installation and had to be paid at once before installation began. We paid our contractor who then paid this Richard guy to do the A.C. installation at our co-op apartment. Our superintendent told our contractor and Richard's A.C. installer how the work had to get done in order to get accepted by the Co-Op. Richard's installer placed the mini split unit in the middle of the room showing cables on the right and left of the unit, making it look horrible. Of course this was simpler to do than going through the attic that we have available to do it. We had to convince our contractor to have Richard install it the proper and more aesthetical way, since we were charged so much, we deserved us much. Richard never asked us as clients where we wanted the units, he just did the easiest and more conveient thing for him. After finally having Richard's installer come in and move the units to the right place, they still left the same units they originally installed with huge broken holes on them, and Richard did not want to replace them. His solution was to have his installer come in and put some lids to close the holes with scotch tape. Our Co-op cannot approve the A.C. installation's Richard installed as it did not follow their requirements which were explained to the contractor and Richard's A.C. installer while working on it. Now a project that was supposed to take days has taken month and Richard still doesn't come through because does not want to finish the work the way he was told by the Co-Op. He took our money happily and did not completed the work the way it was required to. He didn't even give us the remotes, the units are not even functioning. Richard even told our contractor that we needed a new electrical panel AFTER having installed the A.C. unit, so we had to get stuck into having another expense that wasn't informed to us from the beginning by having to pay for a new electrical panel and permit. Please be aware of doing buisness with this company. I would never recommend them. Save yourself the trouble of losing thousands of dollars. Services: A/C services, Installation
