Jimmy and his crew did a great job renovating a half bath, adding a ceiling fan in the bedroom, finishing the basement which included adding a bathroom. All of them were meticulous in their work, and very accommodating about any requests that I made. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs any type of work do e in their home.

After having contracted our NYC co op bathroom to a previous inadequate contactor we were left with a mess. I was reluctant to use buildzoom but I had to take the chance as we live in CT. I was very skeptical. All contractors we had estimate the job were extremely over priced. Jimmy from Egnatia Construction gave us the only fair price. He was professional. He answered every call or text in more than adequate time. Since it is a coop there was alot of paperwork along with substantial insurance requirements. He completed and dealt with all of it. He also had all requirements needed to work in a co-op. When he came to do the work he continued until it was finished. He left the job each day with the area cleaned up that he was working in. I highly recommend Jimmy from Egnatia no question about it. Jimmy and crew remodeled two bathrooms in my prewar building. Down to the studs and even a clawfoot tub! They were clean and tidy and completed the job in three weeks.
