I had a serious leak in the shower in my apartment involving breaking the floor and walls to remove and replace the drip pan. . I interviewed several contractors. The others made me feel that they wanted to charge me for unnecessary remodeling. The Superintendent of my building, 203 East 72, recommended Nick Zalli and ProfoundSpace as capable and not looking to overcharge. In my view, he was right. The work was done promptly and efficiently for a reasonable price for such a complicated repair. I highly recommend Nick, who was responsive and a gentleman, and ProfoundSpace.

Profound Space was recommended to us through a friend and we are so glad to have taken on this project with them. Profound Space was great from start to finish. They helped us through the "design" phase of the project, lending us their design expertise to help us make smart decisions. They created a clear and detailed narrative of the project scope and drafted plans and elevations showing the work to be done. Profound Space was very helpful in getting project approval from our co-op board by working with us to provide all the specific information required. There were a few unforeseen conditions that came up during the project, which required change orders and Profound Space was very fair in the way they handled these items. Perhaps most importantly, Profound Space executed the work with professionalism, displaying great craftsmanship and care for the finished product. In the end, Profound Space transformed our apartment into a special home for us. We are so pleased with Profound Space's work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their apartment.

Profound space did an amazing job with our renovation. Nick was thorough in explaining each step throughout the process and was so helpful with the design aspect as well as accommodating changes during the project. Nick listened to what we wanted for the space and was able to put together what we had envisioned! The team was very professional and finished everything on time. We are very happy with the results, will definitely use them in the future for any additional projects and refer them to all our friends and family!

I'm so thrilled with my experience with ProfoundSpace. My project of installing a washer and dryer was complicated and involved accessing a drain pipe by opening up the shower wall. The project ran to time, the workers arrived when they said they would and the quality of the work is great. Nick was very good at flagging areas that could make the job more complicated depending on what they found and communicating with me throughout the process. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone else.

I have had a great experience with ProfoundSpace. I have dealt mostly with Nick who was so pleasant to work with. He would arrange weekly meetings for us to mee and go over the project. He would pay attention to every detail we didn't think of. Just finishing up the project, and I can't wait to enjoy my kitchen. Ihh ProfoundSpace helped us with the design as well all the approval (living in a coop is painful for renovation) .
