Great job overall. I had numerous proposals prior to going with Progressive Contracting. I am glad I did. Mohammad and team are professional, responsive, skilled, and easy to work with. We had extensive work done including roofing, drain box replacement, water proofing and exterior painting: walls and fire escapes. I would definetely recommend Progressive Contracting.

People started tripping over my broken brownstone stairs, and I eventually made the decision to fix them because I didn't want anyone to suffer serious injuries. When I contacted Brownstone Restoration by Progressive Contracting Ny Corp, they quoted me a price that was fairly reasonable. They showed up at the appointed time and started working without disturbing anyone. My brownstone steps are in like-new condition now after taking them about a week to complete. I appreciate your wonderful assistance.

We used Progressive Contracting Ny Corp Brownstone Restoration to restore our brownstone stoop and they did an outstanding job. They paid close attention to detail and were very professional throughout the process. Although my work requirements were short notice, they were willing to accommodate it however they could. I sorta felt that they have a very busy schedule. Which i absolutely dont doubt since they are very good at their job. Once we decided a date and time, i half expected them to be late since they are usually busy but to my satisfaction, they were here in front of the door exactly at 8:45 am. They dedicated lesser hours as mutually agreed, but surprisingly they finished a day or two before the decided end of the project which was an added bonus for me. Keep it up guys, you all are phenomenal.

Since it is a lot of work and trouble for me, I don't tend to go out of my way to write reviews. However, I'll be doing it today for Progressive Contracting Ny Corp Brownstone Restoration, and I'll be doing it correctly. After spending hours attempting to narrow down companies with positive reviews and a solid work history, I contacted them through their Google profile. Only two of the four people my wife and I shortlisted replied. The quote is irrelevant to us; what we needed was solid labour. We were only left with Progressive Contracting because the other company's estimate for brick pointing only (I won't mention their name) was so ludicrous.
