The service and professionalism at MRK is off the charts. I had an issue with my PC and after some small hiccups at the beginning Mark stepped in and made sure I was well taken care of to a degree never expected but so appreciated. I cannot recommend them more highly. If an issue ever arrises they will make sure they go above and beyond to make it right and you leave with the utmost respect for their due diligence.

Marc helped me identify the cause of my gaming PC problems (crashing while using applications/games), and installed the part I needed to fix the problem for very great price. He was very informative and explained everything that was wrong so I could understand it as well. Very quick service as well. Will 100% be coming back when I need IT service.
