Replaced the dying battery in my MacBook Pro for considerably less than Apple, plus nice people, fast service. Having The Mighty Quinn bbq a block away doesnt hurt either.

Really professional, reliable and good repair! Totally recommended. I would give it 5 starts but I gotta say, the hours of service are very limited (Monday through Thursday from 1 to 5pm) and for a computer repair thats not super efficient because most people need their computer on a daily basis. (I use it for work) They do have an online portal but they only check the portal under those mentioned hours of operation so it doesnt make any difference. As a result, my service took a little longer than I expected because from Thursday evening to Monday noon they werent active and didnt order the piece I was missing. Also, the portal doesnt display great on the phone. I think if they just improved that, they would be a 5 star computer service!! In any case, I would recommend this store to fix your computer, probably the best in Brooklyn.
