Mark was able to recover photos and videos from my old family computer. He assured me there was no charge if he couldnt, he kept me updated the entire time and within two days was able to pass them onto a usb! Very professional and kind!

Mark is the most remarkable tech repair expert I have ever met. He sincerely cares about doing the best job at the most reasonable prices. He will text the steps he is using to repair your computer making sure that you understand what he is doing. He gives accurate repair estimates and will stick by them so there are no surprises when he is finished. He is personable and a pleasure to work with. I am truly fortunate to have found him and in this day of such reliance on computers for just about every aspect of our lives, I know I have a reliable person who has my back if anything should go wrong.

I met Mark two years ago through a Google search for computer services in Brooklyn; I live in New Jersey, but wanted someone to help my mother who was then 85 years old. I wanted to replace her very old computer, which was on its last legs, and buy her an all-in-one desktop. I was looking for someone who could give me an opinion on what to buy and then of course to go to her apartment in Brighton Beach, do the install, and spend some time working with her to show her how to use it. From the first conversation, I knew Mark was the guy. He was extremely friendly and very helpful in making the best choice for my mom. Once the desktop was delivered, Mark went to my moms apartment and spent countless hours there. She lives in a pre-war building, and there were some wire/connectivity issues, but he got around all that, and it was well past midnight before he was done, but too late to spend time with my mom to show her how to use it. He came back the next day to check everything, and not only to spend time with her, but he also suggested one of my moms neighbors, who she mentioned helps her out with various things, to come and sit in with the tutorial he was going to give. My mom is now 89 years old, and he still doesnt mind if she calls him from time to time with a question. Not long after working with my mother, I engaged Marks services to do a complete overhaul of the computer in my Long Island office. He traveled there, did a total upgrade, and then worked with my office manager to show her the changes, how to access her documents, etc., and so forth. He also has worked remotely with that manager on several occasions when shes had technical issues or just to answer how to questions. I, too, have had him remote into my desktop in my NJ office on a few occasions to assist me. Mark has been a great asset to my business. I have gotten to know him quite well, and as a business owner, I especially appreciate his honesty and integrity. Hes the real deal.

Mark tried to recover photos for me that was on a external hard drive. It was so old that something was clearly wrong with the drive. He worked tirelessly for me and even though he was not able to recover my photos, he did not stop there. He gave me phone numbers to two other companies with different price points that might be able to help me. He didnt charge me for the work he did because if he cannot fix the problem, he will not charge you. I dont believe the two other companies that Mark recommended would not charge for the work completed whether they can recover the photos or not. Mark is a very genuine person and an all-around nice guy that also really cares about what he does. I highly recommend him.
