He was supposed to fix my laptop over a year later he still has in his possession and hasn't returned it.

This place is a Gem. I have an older IPhone (XR currently on the 15) and it has taken a fall. The screen was slightly cracked, which normally wouldn't bother me. But the impact must've damaged something internally, which made the touchscreen feature inoperable. So I couldn't get into the phone (never set up facial recognition). T-Mobile was going to charge me $100 to get a new one shipped, and I would have had to wait about 2-3 days to get it. I didn't have time for that so I looked up electronic repair shops in the neighborhood, and Compudoc came up. Decided to give it a try. This was a great experience! When I first walked in I was a bit unsure. The actual business has a lot going on on the inside (signs of a very busy individual). Keith, the owner was in the back working. He came out, I told him the problem, he examined the phone and said. "About 10-15 minutes, $80. It took him 13mins and he came out with, what it seemed like , a brand new phone. Just like that. The phone works great and the crack is gone. Keith was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. Note* Cash or Cashapp are the preferred methods of payment
