Place really was terrible . Aside for the dust and dark lit aisles to search for ...nothing is in order or priced . It's basically a hit or miss. Told myself 2 yrs ago I would never ever go back ..but I broke my promise and gave it one more shot. This time I definitely won't. Very difficult to find anything since nothing is really in order and no prices is a terrible way to do business.

A staggering, mind-blowing, overwhelming, bewildering collection of bargain books (endless thousands for $1!), vintage toys, books, magazines, and more! PLUS a knowledgeable, generous owner! Can't wait to go back!

I almost don't want to leave the review and open this best kept Brooklyn comic secret to the public. Probably as many comics in this one location as all the remaining comic stores in NYC combined. Comic Warehouse in every sense of the word. Take your time and enjoy. The staff is great and knowledgeable too.

Business Response on Google Jan 30th, 2024
Warehouse is pretty daunting - 4500 square feet and miles of aisles, Not sure if buyer got a tour or not. Most inventories (there are a bunch) are sorted. 800 long whites of 1980-2000 comics are in alphanumeric order, 300 short white magazines are in alphanumeric order. 20 shelves of Playboys & Penthouse sorted by date, 5000 tpbs in alphanumeric order and several inventories that are not only sorted but priced. The LP (Vinyl) is absolutely unsorted. The lighting does leave a lot to be desired, and there is dust. Its apparently not an adventure for everyone,This is a pop culture warehouse anchored by comics but including movie, music, sports and other pop culture paraphernalia. Thumbnail sketch below.1) There are close to 500 000 comics, 325 000+alphanumeric, graded – limited duplication - a unique highlight is what may be the largest inventory of bagged sets and story arcs in the world (and a database to go with it)2) 50 000 magazines (mostly comic, sci fi movie) sorted - Mad, Famous Monsters, Starlog, Savage Tales, Marvel, Fantagraphics, Playboy, 2000 AD, Doctor Who +3) 1000 action figures and statues - Marvel, Bowen statues & mini busts, McFarlane+4) 5000 graphic novels and trade paperbacks - Marvel, DC, Star Wars, Dark Horse+5) 6000 sci fi pbs (including 2000 vintage sci fi)6) 5000 plus posters (movie, vintage concert, comic)7) 27 000 vinyl (mostly LPs but includes 45’s, some 78s) Rock, Hip Hop, Classical, Ethnic8) 4000 pop culture books – cultural history, celebrity bio, wrestling. . .9) 700 Portfolios, Prints10) Case lots from publisher buy outs – 400 cases - Penthouse Comix, Kitchen Sink, First Comics, DC/Humanoids, Verotik, Wizard+11) Loose ends include a hodgepodge of pop culture goodness including but by no means limited to paintings, pianos, cameras, casino chips, loose figures, foreign and domestic currency, movie/TV stills (signed and not)about 100 000 cards of all types (yes we have Pokemon & Barry Bonds).
