        I absolutely love the coffee, however, everytime I come to this establishment, I am charged differently for the same drink. I am not to certain as to why. I expressed this with some of the staff here at Hamlet, who then empathized with me, but I guess did not relay the message. I am starting to believe that specific staff members are making up prices. I am not too happy about this. I truly enjoy the coffee, however the fluctuations of the pricing will be their downfall if it persists. EDIT: Thank you for fixing this issue immediately! I truly appreciate how proactive you are, as well as your professionalism! #HAMLETFOREVER

        Hi there!I'm sorry this happened to you again. I'm not exactly sure what the discrepancy is, but the large iced oat maple latte should always be $7. Next time you notice anything different, you can let me know by emailing me at [email protected] so I can look up the transaction and see what went wrong. I'm wondering if sometimes you're accidentally being rung up for a hot drink instead of iced, or for the wrong size? I did already notify everyone of the issue (I'm one of the staff members that you spoke to the other day), so hopefully this won't happen again. I appreciate the 5 star review, despite the inconsistencies, and am happy to hear that you love our coffee!All the best,Laura
