Gave my home a Sparkle! Ready to use them for Christmas and right before thanksgiving. Wonderful! My husband and kids absolutely loved Wendy and Katrina. Amazing work and team. Very responsive and responsible. Professional as well.

Communicated and arranged cleaning with Katrinau via text. Overall, I would say my experience with Shark Katrina was reasonable. We had to reschedule initially due to a last minute family emergency from one of her employees. I arranged for a deep cleaning of my kitchen and bathroom only. Bathrooms were fine. Kitchen was okay upon initial inspection, but looking deeper, I realized not all the cabinet doors were cleaned. Also, It seems the rags they used were not always properly cleaned before reuse, so in certain areas there was wet dust residue that I had to go back and rewipe after Katrina left. Finally, and why I rated my experience 3 stars, Katrina brought a new employee with her. The employee messed with my door lock upon arrival, which Im not sure why she even felt the need to touch. I had not realized this until after Shark Kleaning left and I was locked out of my apartment and had to call the locksmith. This cost me an additional $250 on top of my cleaning fee. Katrina works hard but with her busy schedule, little details might be missed, like with my experience, so if you are going to use Shark, make sure you stay on top of everything so you wont leave disappointed like I was.
