I feel deep care during my visits with Dr. Pickell. I struggle with nonstop migraines and Dr. Pickell customizes his work with me every session to meet my body where it is and to leave it in a better position. There's no one template. Dr. Pickell adjust me differently every single time. I also appreciate Dr. Pickell's holistic approach to healing, which allows me to move beyond a bunch of pills and lean into practices that require me to change my rituals and mindset.

After trying many different therapies and doctors I found Dr Joshua who through natural chiropractic methods, helped me be able to walk pain free on an otherwise chronically injured ankle. I want to thank him for the individualized attention he provided me. I highly recommend him as a kind and knowledgeable chiropractor who tailors his care according to your needs. He helped me avoid surgery and invasive procedures and I can't thank him enough!

Dr. Joshua Pickell changed my life for the best. I was riddled with shoulder pain, knee pain and foot issues. The pain kept me from sleeping. I was searching to a way to get from day to day. Then I started seeing doctor Josh. On the first appointment he popped my shoulder back into place (I had no idea it wasnt in place). It was the single greatest feeling of relief Ive ever had in my entire life. He has since corrected my knee issues and my collapsed feet arches. I recommend him to EVERYONE, because I want to share my joy. You dont have to live in a world of pain, not while Dr. Josh is practicing.

I've been seeing Dr. Josh regularly for well over a year now and I cannot recommend him more. He's helped me fix chronic issues with my body that were causing pain that I didn't even know were present, and my day-to-day quality of life has significantly increased since working with him. In the past I've had bad experiences with male doctors, and I have never once felt uncomfortable with Josh. He provides an extra level of care that I have not experienced with any other care provider before. It always feels like he takes his time and prioritizes quality care and good patient experience. If you are even considering doing any kind of chiropractic, do yourself a favor and see Dr. Josh, you and your body will thank you!!

Dr. Josh will hold space for you to grow physically, mentally and spiritually. Soft and warm, his presence will already make you feel better. I highly recommend him.
