Was recommended to Dr. Lara by a trusted source and so happy with my first session that I signed up for the 10 pack without hesitation. Dr. Lara is incredibly knowledgeable and really takes the time to educate her clients in a way that I have never experienced at another chiropractor. If you’re looking for someone with a holistic understanding and technique, I highly highly recommend! (And the use of “highly” twice is not a typo!)

I went to Soulshine to see Dr. Lara at 39+4 weeks and just got back from my second appointment at 40 weeks pregnant. Before seeing her, my pelvis wasn’t aligned so was having debilitating pain in my SI joint as my joints are loosening in preparation for birth. It made taking a step really difficult. I had a great experience at Soulshine. My pain was lessened significantly, especially after the second visit. She is gentle, but effective, and when she made the adjustment I felt my lower back release and it felt so good! She was also very kind and warm, and sensitive to my needs as a super pregnant person. I look forward to bringing my baby to her for a gentle baby adjustment :)
