Rude staff. Went in to return 2 items and the cashier refunded the money to the original form of payment without asking any questions. I didnt purchase the items I needed a store credit. Its the holiday season... everyone is returning gifts. Also, be careful if your state charges tax they do not refund it back to you in store. You have to call the customer service main number. Unbelievable!

Terrible terrible experience with this store location , I went in before 6:30pm to exchange 2 pair of jeans notice they close @7pm and doors were still open and unfortunately they dont offer exchange, being that I had no choice and needed the jeans I went ahead and decided to buy and within 5 minutes of looking for more than the 2 jeans I really needed for my daughter I was told the store was closed , then more people came in and werent approached the way I was then I felt it was racism, only reason I did purchase was because my daughter really needed the jeans... never had a bad experience in a childrens place in my life being a good customer for 10years!!! Im thinking twice in giving my money to this company...
