I was looking for help to Put a phone plan into my phone with my old number that have just been finishing the month , t-Mobile was packed I was waiting patiently waiting for help and a representative came to help but instead of helping me. Alex, the representative Couldnt figure out how to do it, and instead of talking to me in a calm tone of voice, he shouted at me, screaming his lungs out that he cannot help me. Im looking at him talking to him calmly and he still shouts on my face I cant help you. Well, hes screaming. People are looking at me and its became very awkward and uncomfortable to stand in T-Mobile. I just needed to do a new plan. why are you screaming?, do you have a problem? This is really not professional. so the manager came and he also couldnt help Hello, if you cant help me why are you working here?!
so I left and I went to a different T-Mobile. They help me so quick. I couldnt even count to 10 he already fixed the The huge problem The T-Mobile in Kings Highway couldnt fix!
