        The best T mobile store in New York ! Staff is very professional and hard working / nice ppl ! I have been so many t mobile store in nyc etc but this is the best store and they solve problem quickly

        They kept me in the store for 2 hours just to recharge my balance. They reset things on my cell phone, I lost data I had, they even changed the language on my phone... (I don't understand what these things had to do with my credit) in the end I cried a little because I was very frustrated and they kept passing me from one employee to another without giving me any answer or solution. And when I'm leaving, Erick burst out laughing because he saw me cry. One of the worst customer assistance I had IN MY LIFE. I have never been treated so badly in a place. I will never return. And I even think I'll stop having T MOBILE, because I'm not going to tolerate these deals just for the internet for my cell phone.
