The Verizon rep Lynn was extremely helpful and informative when it came to my existing plan and what I would be experiencing with my new plan. Lynn was very personable and inviting. The assistant store manager kept a pulse on the foot traffic in the store and ensured everyone was being helped in an efficient manner. I would definitely recommend this particular Verizon storefront.

I came because of the good reviews but ended up disappointed in the same way i usually am. Rep was unable to explain the phone upgrade plan to me in a clear way at all, had to call someone else over for me to ask my question to. Then he swiped my card without showing me the full costs, only afterwards did I see a 40$ set up charge. I said I didnt want that, he pushed back saying I wouldnt be able to set it up myself because of an e-sim and I insisted. He pushed back again saying hed already charged me and I said refund it now. Here I am typing on the phone I set up myself in five minutes. They shouldnt purposely bamboozle people like that, nor should they insert unasked for services without informing. Frankly it feels illegal.
