Can I give no stars? Came in to get a new sim card and activate a new phone on one of my 2 lines on the my plan. The guy took down the number and changed the incorrect one activating it on a new sim. Because he was lazy he tried to replace the sim in my device with the newly activated sim to get the number back to the correct phone, this is after I repeatedly told him that it is not possible because my sim was set up with cdma-less, which took hours to get set up properly, as the device I use is a oneplus and a little difficult to activate on Verizon properly. After significant time he re-activated my old sim card, my phone seemed to work, and I left. This is only to find out 2 days later that HE CHANGED MY ENTIRE PLAN. This caused me to lose all my accrued discounts, and spend hours on the phone with Verizon in attempts to fix this and return to my previous plan instead of paying a month of the one he changed it to WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I want to also mention it was a grandfathered plan. So 3 hours later it's still not fixed. Not sure if they're incompetent or spiteful. Either way stay away.

This retail store is unprofessional. The two sale people try to be nice and support the customers walking in to the store. The problem is that they are not offering plans at the honest rates and are promising Verizon perks and discounts that are not valid. 1. I had opened a Verizon mobile business acct and was told I will pay $35/month. I was surprised when my first statement arrived and I was paying $45+ some features that I didn't request for $75/month. When I asked verizon about the $35 plan they said there was no such an offer available. 2. One year later I walked in to the store to purchase a new phone, as my screen was cracked and I had received multiple email offers from Verizon on trade-in options. The rep in the store confirmed that if I purchase a new phone and trade in my old one, I can receive between $300-$400 back as a credit on my acct. I showed him the cracked screen, and the rep at Atlas Communications waved away my concern and said I can still get the full value of the phone if I trade it in. I sent it back to verizon after following all instruction, and received an email stating that my phone was either cracked or not functioning and that will receive $7.50 credited. Wow what a disappointment. The store rep was not offering any help when I called to follow up on this.
