        This is my first time that I went to this Verizon location on 18th ave. I did know what to expect. I go in and I meet Alex. This gentleman has knowledge, charisma, patience. He is very detailed when he needs to explain about your individual service. I was there for quite a bit, waiting for my phone to be completed. I had the opportunity to observe Alexs interaction with any customer that came in. He made anyone come in feel welcome and gave individual attention while working on his previous costumers. Thank you and Kudos to Alex . I will recommend him to anyone. Great guy.

        I am a few weeks late leaving this promised review for the assistance I received from Roneisha and Josh during a transaction which I'm positive didn't yield them or their branch a single dollar of commission or credit: I simply had to temporarily activate my Verizon "back-up" phone while my main cell phone was being replaced by my carrier/insurance. They were friendly, helpful and wouldn't let me leave without verifying I had an activated, fully functioning (albeit cheap) phone, though it would only be used for one month or less. I told them I'd leave a positive Google review as it was the least I could do. I will be shopping for a new carrier at the end of 2022, and they will be my first stop.
