We came to visit Imani for the first time on July 1st at 5pm. From the hostess to the waiter to the decor to the food everything was amazing! I wish I remembered the name of our waiter because he was truly a joy. His energy was upbeat and fun. He served us with a smile that never wavered. Imani is such a joy to experience. The food was top notch and the portions were just the right size for sharing. Pleas please please go to Imani and take your friends & family

My family and I always eat at this restaurant when we feel for Caribbean food as we are from the islands. My husband and I decided to have dinner June 27th for anniversary. The service was horrible and the food was VERY salty. Usually the food taste good. That day the guava and fruits punch was no good, the corn soup very very salty, the cod-fish was like a flour ball no taste of the cod and the Rasta pasta TOO salty for me. We wont be going back to that place. Sorry to the owners you just lost BKLYN regular costumers, VA costumers and all out of town guest we usually send your way. Im Sorry very disappointed.
