If I could give zero stars I would. I took off work and no one showed up or contacted me about the appointment I had. I took a look at the reviews and many of them are duplicates. I would not trust the authenticity of reviews

My friend's puppy had an accident too, but they got it all out and now the apartment smells better after having the carpets cleaned.. Highly recommended if you're in need of bringing "lived in" carpet back to life!
